Hourly data of temperature and light as well as weekly data of chlorophyll a, PO42+, N, SiO2 will be measured in parallel in Portugal (Coimbra). The data will be used for abiotic/biotic validation of a coupled model, which should be the basis for future predictions under IPCC scenarios using multimodel-ensemble means (RCM).</para>
<keywordSet><keyword>abioticbiotic measurements in macrophyte-dominated mesocosm</keyword></keywordSet><intellectualRights><para>Please directly ask for details.</para></intellectualRights><coverage><geographicCoverage><geographicDescription>Europe, mesocosm (1.5m&#195;&#130;&#194;&#179;), Germany, Frankfurt/Main, Botanical Garden</geographicDescription><boundingCoordinates><westBoundingCoordinate>8.4099998</westBoundingCoordinate><eastBoundingCoordinate>8.4099998</eastBoundingCoordinate><northBoundingCoordinate>50.0699997</northBoundingCoordinate><southBoundingCoordinate>50.0699997</southBoundingCoordinate></boundingCoordinates></geographicCoverage><temporalCoverage><rangeOfDates><beginDate><calendarDate>2010</calendarDate></beginDate><endDate><calendarDate>2011</calendarDate></endDate></rangeOfDates></temporalCoverage></coverage><contact><individualName><givenName>Ruth</givenName><surName>Mueller</surName></individualName><organizationName>Biodiversity and Climate Research Centre (BiK-F)</organizationName><address /><electronicMailAddress>ruthmueller@bio.uni-frankfurt.de</electronicMailAddress></contact><methods> <methodStep> <description> <section> <para>Data type: hourly analysis of water column in 5, 50 and 80 cm: temperature, light (LUX) weekly analysis of water column: TOC, CaCO3, NH4+, NO2-, NO3-, O2 saturation, O2 concentration, temperature, PO42+, conductivity, SiO2, chlorophyll a, phaeophytin biweekly analysis of water column: zooplankton, phytoplankton, mesozooplankton biweekly analysis of sediment: zoobenthos biweekly analysis of substrates: zoobenthos, phytobenthos</para></section></description></methodStep></methods></dataset></eml:eml>
