Sequence and microsatellite genotype data for the stonefly Arcynoptera dichroa (Plecoptera: Perlodidae), Europe, 2012

The data set comprises two genetic data sets (mitochondrial sequence data and nuclear microsatellite data) from range wide sampling in Europe of the stonefly Arcnyopteryx dichroa (Plecoptera: Perlodidae) to investigate the glacial survival and post-glacial recolonization routes of the study species. The data set individual genotypes for mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase 1 and 6 microsatellite loci, as well as locality information for 344 specimens from 47 populations.
