Estimation of soil organic carbon stocks following land use-land cover types in Patako area, Senegal

The data consists of composite soil samples taken following the different land use/cover layers of Patako forest and its adjacent agrosystem. Data collection was performed on 28 randomly selected sites. In each site, samples were taken at 6 sampling points over a total depth of 40 cm with 2 levels: 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm. At least, 56 samples were collected with 30 in the forested land and 26 in farmland.
