Beetle monitoring in Ijzermonding, Belgium

These originate from carabid beetles that were sampled continuously in pitfall traps at exactly the same location for more than 20 years in the Belgian dunes (a habitat that hardly experienced any changes during that period). One plot (3 traps) was sampled continuously, and several plots were sampled bi-yearly.
