Climate change and model selection

The aim of the project is to get a global pattern of the influence of climate change in biological diversification. For that, phylogenetic information of taxa worldwide distributed and that diversify during the Cenozoic will be obtained. Employing paleontological information and molecular clock techniques, times of diversification will be calculated and their temporal congruence with climate change will be evaluated. Thus I would mainly store phylogenetic trees and DNA sequence alignments. Temporal coverage: Cenozoic
