Monitoring Data Pacific oyster Crassostrea gigas Central Wadden Sea, southern North Sea (D) since 2003

Data is collected at 12 sites every year since 2003. For Pacific oysters, Crassostrea gigas, data is recorded on date, location, body measurements resp. shell length, live wet weight including shell weight and retention water, shell weight and weight of cocked flesh. The purpose of the data is to index the population dynamics of the non-indigenous species from the beginning of the invasion in the central Wadden Sea.
