Photosynthetic Capacity Measurements of 20 species of woody savanna plants using Licor 6400, Kruger National Park, South Africa, 2011

For photosynthetic capacity I used a Licor 6400 to derive light response curves (curves of the response of photosynthetic rate to changes in photosynthetic active radiation) following the field protocol indicated in the Li-6400 manual (open 5.1 manual, protocol was change for some measurements, see data table, column "method"). CO2 was set to near-ambient (400ppm). A total of 760 measurements (=69 light response curves) were performed on 69 individuals of 20 different species
